CREAMY FROZEN KEY LIME PIE
| 8-oz. cream cheese, softened | 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk |
| 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk (1-1/4 cups) | 1/2 cup FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
| 1 prepared 8" cookie crumb pie crust |
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk; beat until smooth. With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute. Pour into pie crust; freeze for at least 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with berries or mint springs before serving.
EASY KEY LIME PIE
| 1 large container whipped topping 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
| 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup black walnuts |
Combine 1/2 container whipped topping, lime juice, milk, and walnuts. Freeze in prepared piecrusts.
Mix pineapple and remaining whipped topping, spread over frozen pies. Re-freeze. Can be cut and served frozen.
