2 tbs. catsup |

1 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
1 tbs. sweet pickle relish |
Mix and chill.
ZESTY KEY LIME
|
2 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt |
|
1/4 cup olive or salad oil |
1 tsp. celery salt |
|
5 drops Tabasco |
2 tsp. sugar |
|
Few grains Cayenne pepper |
|
Mix well. Use on fruit salads.
LEMON-KEY LIME DRESSING
|
4 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST LEMON JUICE |
2 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
|
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tbs. sugar |
|
1/2 cup whipped cream |
|
Combine juices, mayonnaise and sugar. Whip cream slightly and fold into mixture. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
