FRUIT JUICE COOLER

2 (6 1/2 oz) bottles sparkling mineral water, chilled |
1 (12 oz) can peach nectar, chilled 2 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST |

1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice, chilled |
KEY LIME JUICE, chilled |
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher; mix well. Pour over ice cubes in serving glasses. Serve immediately. Yields 4 cups.
PINEAPPLE-MINT KEY LIMEADE

1 cup sugar |
1 cup FLORIDA KEY WEST |
|
2/3 cup water |
KEY LIME JUICE |
|
1 46-oz. can pineapple juice |
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint |
Combine sugar and water in saucepan; bring to boil. Boil one minute; remove from heat. Stir in pineapple juice, lime juice and mint. Let stand 15 minutes. Strain limeade into large pitcher, discard mint. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
JAMAICAN KEY LIMEADE

3/4 cup FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups water (room temperature) |
Mix lime juice, brown sugar and water in pitcher until sugar dissolves. Chill and serve over cracked ice.
