KEY WEST ICED TEA

1/3 cup vodka |
1/3 cup gin |

1/3 cup tequila |
1/4 cup Triple Sec |
|
3 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
1 tbs. sugar 1 cup cola |
Combine liquors, lime juice and sugar. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into pitcher and stir in cola. Serve in ice-filled glasses. Makes 4 servings.
KEY LIME-MANGO DAIQUIRIS

2 cups cubed mango |
1/2 cup light rum |

2 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
2 tbs. sugar 3 cups crushed ice |
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
SPICED ICED TEA
|
6 cups water |
1 tsp. whole cloves |
|
1 inch piece cinnamon stick |
3 tea bags |
|
1/2 cup sugar |
3/4 cup orange juice |
|
1 tbs. FLORIDA KEY WEST KEY LIME JUICE |
|
Combine water, cloves, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil; remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. In another saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice and lime juice to a boil. Strain tea mixture into the juice mixture. Refrigerate. Serve over ice.
